if theJapanese lavy have not since docked her, it is almost certain that serious corrosion will be taking place on the hull u erwater plating, and we would appreciate representations being made to the Japanese Navy in this connection, 1.0. that if the vessel was not been docked for bottom painting since her seizure she should be docked at an early date.
